Medical mold description:
1. Mold steel.
The medical mold steel uses stainless steel imported from Germany, which greatly extends the service life of the mold; the mold also uses pre-hardened steel, which has higher hardness and better flatness! 2. Select the gate.
The greater the number of test tube cavities, the greater the difficulty. The molten material in the mold cavity needs to be quickly injected and cooled before it can be melted in the mold cavity. The test tube mold adopts the self-developed Arnold needle valve hot runner gate, designed with high precision and facilitates rapid injection molding and sealing.
3. Cooling system.
To achieve rapid cooling, the medical mold should be cooled evenly within the mold cavity to avoid the eccentricity problem of the product, and a large water outlet cooling system should be used for the water inlet and outlet.
4. Exchange design.
The multi-cavity test tube mold of medical molds can achieve interchangeability, reducing repeated investment costs and subsequent maintenance costs. Sino's test tube model core adopts a self-locking structure to achieve interchangeability of product size, weight, and wall thickness.
5. Medical mold equipment processing.
For pipe molds, wall thickness control of the product is more important than eccentricity. Therefore, the parallelism of each template and the concentricity of the hole position of the insert are very demanding. The traditional drilling process is used, but the accuracy is difficult to control. Naoduoduo uses coordinate grinding to ensure that the parallelism of template processing and the concentricity of the blade is 0.01mm.
The hot runner system is reliable and stable; it can withstand high-pressure injection pressure without leakage and produce plastic products after optimizing the gate of the medical mold; all components of the medical mold hot runner are made of high-precision, high-hardness, and super-wear-resistant materials.
